Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your course, please inform us before the beginning of the course. In this case, your previous payment will be considered valid for a subsequent course or refunded (Euro 50 will, however, be deducted to cover expenses and bank fees)

– The School will not refund fees for irregular attendance or in the event of a student leaving a course once started

Details Extra Excursion in Town:

- A visit to a cooperative farm, whose land was previously under mafia control. The chance to talk to the new owners about their social mission and taste their home made wine.

- Fotografando: a chance to take your camera out for a guided tour of Mesagne, a lovely old town with a beautiful castle, picturesque hidden squares and Baroque churches. Finishes your tour with an excellent olive oil tasting and an aperitivo!

- Una passeggiata a Brindisi: an opportunity to visit Brindisi, an historic town by the sea, marking the end of the old Roman Appian way.

- In cucina: a chance to learn how to make some simple and healthy Apulian recipes with a lovely Italian Mamma and pick up some great cooking tips!

- A visit to an Apulian Masseria to taste fresh mozzarella and other cheeses.

Details Extra Excursion by the Beach:

- Passeggiate: walks through a nature reserve by the coast to soak up the sunshine and everything this abundant Mediterranean countryside has to offer.

- Riding a bike in the romantic Apulian countryside, surrounded by vineyards and ancient olive groves. The chance to learn about local plants, trees, flowers, fruits and herbs, and take a swim in the sparkling Ionian sea to cool off!

- Enjoying wonderful home-cooked dinners in the open air, with a friendly family and good conversation!

-A visit to a well-known wine cooperative with an interesting wine museum. A chance to join a wine tasting tour and take a walk in the old town.

- Two visits to Mesagne and Oria, two strategically important towns along the old Roman Appian way, that provide insight into modern Italian life while retaining their historic charm.
